Before we can use self leveling compound most floors will need a certain degree of preparation;
New floors may need the use of diamond grinders to take away any laitance that may be left behind.
Old existing floors may require floor scabblers to take always any height differences in the floor ensuring a flat finish as possible.

We attach industrial hoovers to these machines keeping the dust too a minimum. We can uplift all types of exiting floor coverings no matter how stubborn using specially designed machines and dispose of it safely and responsibly.

If the sub floor is deemed damp after testing it there are numerous types of damp proof membranes (DPMs) we can use to over come the problem, all of which will be fully guaranteed, then finally we can smooth the floor with a self levelling compound either hand applied or can be pumped 2ml to .20ml. Again many varieties for all different jobs, we can advise which specific type is needed for different types of subfloor.
